This time, on Episode #77, I'm going to share a story from 2016 that I hope SUPER encourages you to live YOUR wellness purpose. Take a look at your life and see if there wasn't some catalyst that brought to where you are now. Do you want to live well? To BE well? Then see if what you are doing is conducive to that and if so, keep on keeping on. If not, take the deep dive and get going!
